Welcome to Liberty Online Church Vacation Bible School (VBS) Registration!
Please complete this form to register your child(ren) for VBS. You may register up to 4 children per family.

Important Information:

VBS is open to children of JK-GR 6
A non-refundable registration fee of $50 per child is required. Payment will be requested via e-transfer after your registration has been reviewed and approved.
You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been reviewed. This email will include e-transfer instructions.
By submitting this form, you confirm that you agree to the attendance consent and optionally to the media consent for photos or videos of your child(ren) to be used by Liberty Online Church.
